8000N High Force Hydraulic Linear Actuator for Heavy Duty Use

Most models are depth-rated to 6,000 meters, enabling deployment in full ocean depth environments. The Self-Compensated model is rated to 3,000 msw. All actuators use pressure-compensated oil-filled housings to maintain performance and sealing integrity at extreme depths.

Actuators are constructed from Stainless Steel 316 (SST 316) or Titanium, both selected for their superior resistance to seawater corrosion. Titanium is recommended for applications demanding maximum weight savings or long-term exposure to highly corrosive deep-sea environments.

Power supply options vary by model. Available configurations include 24 VDC, 48 VDC, and 230 VDC, allowing integration into a wide range of ROV power systems and subsea control architectures. Feedback options include a rotary resolver mounted on the motor shaft for high-accuracy position sensing, and an absolute 30-bit multi-turn encoder on the output shaft available on the Self-Compensated model. The Self-Compensated Linear Actuator supports RS422 (RS485 full-duplex) and RS232 serial communication at 19200 baud.
