The Self-Compensated Linear Actuator communicates via RS422 (RS485 full duplex on 4 wires) or RS232 serial protocol at 19200 baud. The 60,000 N Force and Trunion 1000N models use Seacon underwater connectors, a widely recognized standard in subsea and ROV systems. The Self-Compensated model uses an MCBH8M Subcon 8-pin underwater connector with a 12-inch MCIL8F whip, compatible with common underwater cable assemblies.
