Force output varies by model. The Self Compensated actuator delivers 220 to 330 LBS (1,000–1,500 N). The Trunion 1000N scales from 1,000 N up to 77,500 N depending on configuration. The 60,000 N Force model provides up to 50,000 N axial force, making it suitable for heavy-duty subsea actuation tasks.

The Self Compensated actuator supports RS422 (RS485 full duplex) and RS232 serial communication at 19,200 baud. Position feedback is provided via a 30-bit absolute encoder on the output shaft. The Trunion 1000N and 60,000 N Force models use a rotary resolver on the motor shaft for position feedback, compatible with external control systems.

The Trunion 1000N and 60,000 N Force models are available in corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel 316 (SST 316) or Titanium, both suitable for long-term saltwater and harsh marine environments. The Self Compensated actuator features a compact 2.25" OD housing engineered for deep-sea deployment and integration into ROV frames.

The Self Compensated actuator uses an MCBH8M Subcon 8-pin underwater connector with a 12" MCIL8F whip included. The Trunion 1000N and 60,000 N Force models use Seacon underwater connectors, which are industry-standard subsea connectors trusted for reliable electrical connectivity in deep-water environments.
